Online Fitness Class

High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT as its commonly known, has been proved to be one of the most effective ways achieve fitness goals.  The aim is to work as hard as you can for a short length of time, take a break and then repeat.  We use several forms of Interval training here at Fizzeek to offer the best possible workout for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.  

Most of our workouts target the entire body but from time to time we will focus on a particular muscle group in order to develop that further.  

Our online fitness classes are carried out using simple, readily available pieces of equipment such as dumbells, kettlebells and resistance bands but any of the above will be absolutely fine.

Classes are sold in monthly blocks via our packages page and delivered on line via our Private Facebook group.  Don't worry you don't need to have a camera just access to Facebook.   

Once you have a package you simply log on to book the time you want and then go to the facebook page just before to follow the live feed.   As a member of our site with a paid class package you will also have access to our video library of exercises and workouts.
